    When planning to visit Italy most people will have in mind Rome, Venice, Milan, Florence or Sorrento. But Bologna shouldn’t be overlooked.  This is the first place I visited in Italy and I wasn’t disappointed. Home to the worlds oldest University, the historical city centre is an architectural marvel. The cities are arcaded meaning you can comfortably walk around regardless of whether it’s raining.  The two towers are one of the biggest points of interest in the city.
